What’s up? I’m Takuya, the solo developer of Inkdrop.

Today, I’m excited to announce a new release of desktop v3.21.0 and mobile v2.1.0. In this release, a long-awaited feature has finally been added — task progress view! The app will automatically count your task list and show its progress for each note. As you can see above, the view is non-distractive but easy to check.

The progress view is also shown on the note list so you can check progresses without opening a note.

How Do I Add Tasks To A Note?

Task list is a feature of GitHub-Flavored Markdown. The syntax is as follows:

- [x] Finish my changes
- [ ] Push my commits to GitHub
- [ ] Open a pull request

Now you have 1 task finished and 2 tasks remained. Enjoy!

Thank you for all of your support!
